The number of people appealing to the court with different claims has increased in Lori region. Meanwhile, there are many petitioners who appeal to the court without being aware of their rights.
Our journalists have spoken to lawyer Mrs. Karine Gasparian who informed that people come to the court with various claims, many of which refer to violation of property rights of a person or evasion from paying alimony.
Mrs. Gasparian urges petitioners to refer to a lawyer for legal consultation in case their rights have been violated.
